At Wearluma, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Personalized or customized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with:

- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Wearluma will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
